Superhero Trait: The Magnificent Memorizer
Hobbies & Interests: I have wanted to become an educator with young children since I was a young child myself. I was fortunate to have had plenty of amazing educators in my life and looked up to them as role models. I have a passion for teaching young children about the world they live in and enjoy watching them grow and develop. I have been a member of the Girl Guides of Canada since I was a child and currently lead a unit of young girls in exploring hiking, crafts, camping, and teaching them about girl empowerment, all of which I am passionate about. On my spare time when I am not around children (which is rare as I enjoy being busy and with children), I enjoy watching the show Jeopardy (as I love learning about new things), hockey, baseball, and NFL football on television. I also enjoy knitting, crocheting, baking, and cooking various items for my family and friends, which I find calming & relaxing.
Fun Fact: I was born with a photographic memory and have been memorizing facts, names, and birthdays since I was a toddler. I still remember birthdays of people I went to elementary school with!
Random Fact: Started reading a kid’s atlas and learning capital cities when I was 4 years old.
